John was a great! I had been putting off a few small electrical projects due to bad experiences with other companies. WIRED was great from the point of first contact to completing the work. John arrived promptly, did a thorough walk thru with me that included explaining the work that would need to be done, he also offered options, he wrote a quote, we agreed on what he would do and he got to work. He installed a new circuit and outlet in the basement and moved an outdoor outlet. The work was neat and any mess was cleaned up and taken away. I will have John back for other projects without hesitation.
